Price table: 124 and 125, 148 and the Lounge
At the Top is sold in three heights. Dubai's tourism board shop calls them Silver (levels 124 and 125), Gold (SKY level 148, which also includes 124 and 125) and Platinum (the Lounge on level 152). On 27 October 2026 it listed them from AED 189, AED 399 and AED 769, and the partner listings on this site showed the same three "from" prices. The gap between the levels is not only height: Gold adds skip-the-line access for security and the lifts, an introduction by a guest ambassador and a lounge with snacks and hot drinks, and Platinum adds a terrace tour, canapés and a drink. The table below gives every ticket this site lists, in dirhams and dollars. For what each one includes in detail, compare the Burj Khalifa tickets side by side.
What changes the price: time, extras and fast track
The time slot moves the price most. The standard ticket is sold as non-peak (the shop's Silver ticket says "Non-Peak Hours"), and the slots around sunset are sold as prime time at a higher price. The Sky Views combo listing is for non-prime slots only. Sunset on the 15th of the month runs from about 17:31 in November and December to 19:11 in July, so the expensive window moves through the year. Extras add a fixed amount on top of the standard ticket:
- Souvenir — Silver + souvenir from AED 204 ($56) at the tourism board shop, AED 15 more than the plain ticket
- Fast track — Partner fast-track listing from AED 254 ($69); the tourism board shop lists Silver with fast-track access from AED 314 ($86)
- Sky Views observatory — From AED 278 ($76) with levels 124 and 125, AED 89 more than the plain ticket
- Dubai Aquarium — From AED 319 ($87) with levels 124 and 125, AED 130 more
- Burj Club 3-course meal — From AED 332 ($90) with levels 124 and 125, AED 143 more
- Level 148 + Sky Views — From AED 488 ($133), AED 89 more than level 148 alone
Child and family prices
We could not find an official child price list in a primary source, so this page quotes the rules each listing states rather than one site-wide figure. On the standard levels 124 and 125 ticket, children under 3 enter free. The Sky Views combo lets under-4s in free, and the Dubai Aquarium combo says infants aged 0 to 3 are free and need no ticket. At the Burj Club meal ticket, infants aged 0 to 3 get in free but are not served food. On the Lounge ticket, children aged 3 to 16 cannot enter without an adult. The booking calendar shows the child price for your date where the listing sells one. Families weighing a level should read Burj Khalifa with kids.
Price in dollars and dirhams
Tickets are priced in UAE dirhams (AED). The dirham is pegged to the US dollar at 1 USD = 3.6725 AED by the Central Bank of the UAE, so the dollar prices on this site do not drift with the market: AED 189 is $51, AED 399 is $109 and AED 769 is $209, rounded to the whole dollar. If you pay in another currency, your card issuer converts at its own rate on the day. What you pay on the ground stays in dirhams: the metro fare to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station, a taxi, parking in The Dubai Mall, or the Dubai Fountain boardwalk, which the tourism board shop sells from AED 25 ($7).
Official prices or partner prices?
For the three main tickets and the combos we checked, the "from" prices matched: Silver AED 189, Gold AED 399, Platinum AED 769, Sky Views combo AED 278, aquarium combo AED 319 and Burj Club meal AED 332, both at Dubai's tourism board shop and on the partner listings, read on 27 October 2026. Emaar's own site, burjkhalifa.ae, sells the same tickets and shows the price for each slot; we could not read it automatically, so it is not quoted here. The difference is in the terms: the partner listings on this site all show free cancellation up to 24 hours before, and four of them (SKY 148, the Lounge, the night tour and the private tour) offer reserve now, pay later. Tours that bundle the ticket cost more because they add transport and a guide: the night city tour is from $132 and the private tour from $80, with the deck ticket as an option on the private tour.
Book at the listed price
Choose the level, open its page and pick a date: the calendar shows each slot with its price, so you can see what a sunset slot costs against the slot an hour later before you pay. The price you see is the price you pay on the partner's site, and the booking can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before. Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to go to the top of the Burj Khalifa?
From AED 189 (about $51) for levels 124 and 125, AED 399 ($109) for level 148 and AED 769 ($209) for the Lounge on level 152, in the cheapest slot. Sunset slots cost more.
How much is the level 124 ticket?
From AED 189, about $51, for a non-peak slot on levels 124 and 125. The same ticket with a souvenir starts at AED 204, and the partner's fast-track version at AED 254.
Why do some time slots cost more?
The slots around sunset are sold as prime time, because that is when most people want to go up. Morning and after-dark slots are sold at the non-peak price. The calendar shows the price for every slot.
Is it cheaper to buy at the counter?
We found no sourced counter price lower than the online "from" price. Buying on the day also risks your slot being sold out. See buying at the door.
Do children pay full price?
It depends on the listing: under-3s are free on the standard ticket, under-4s on the Sky Views combo and ages 0 to 3 on the aquarium combo. The calendar shows any child price for your date.
Is Burj Khalifa worth the price?
Most reviewers think so: the standard ticket averages 4.3 on 92,917 reviews and level 148 averages 4.6 on 24,553. Our view, with the trade-offs: is Burj Khalifa worth it.
